Due to customer demand, our Development team has prioritized writing this integration so that construction and civil engineering businesses can experience the freedom of their key data moving between the two systems.
If you use Procore to manage complex construction projects, you’ll know that having hundreds (or thousands) of people on-site each day is the norm. But knowing who exactly is on-site, where and for how long can be challenging.
Capturing this information in EVA Check-in using QR code, app, or geo-fencing with each check-in and check-out, means that this data can be shared seamlessly into your Procore instance in real-time. There is no need to manually key in the data. With this data in the Procore 'manpower log', proof of time spent on-site can be reviewed against time-based billing from your contractors too. Handy if you need to track work hours and question any billing discrepancies.
With the EVA Check-in integration you can run your inductions online before people arrive, keep track of who has been on site and communicate with them - and pass key information to Procore.
Having an accurate picture of contractors, visitors, and equipment operators on each site makes this a key integration for connected, compliant worksites. And whilst we have an enhanced Procore integration on the roadmap too, we wanted to let you know about its availability as it has the potential to improve the efficiency of construction projects now.
