1. AGE SUITABILITY

EVA Check-in is suitable for general audiences in supervised or organisation-managed environments. The app does not contain entertainment content, social networking, public user-generated content, gambling, loot boxes, sexual content, violence, alcohol or drug references, or third-party advertising.

EVA Check-in is not directed at children as a consumer service. Where EVA Check-in is used by schools, education providers, healthcare providers, councils, sports organisations, or other organisations that may interact with minors, use is controlled by that organisation and should follow its own consent, supervision, privacy, and safeguarding policies.

Minors should use EVA Check-in only where authorised by the organisation responsible for the site, event, or service.

3. WHAT USERS MAY SEE IN THE SOFTWARE

EVA Check-in may display organisation-provided content such as visitor instructions, health and safety information, site rules, evacuation notices, induction material, compliance requirements, and check-in questions.

This content is configured and controlled by the organisation using EVA Check-in. EVA Check-in does not provide open web browsing, public chat, public posting, dating, matchmaking, games, or social media feeds.

4. INFORMATION COLLECTED BY EVA CHECK-IN

Visitors may be asked to provide information such as their name, organisation, contact details, host, reason for visit, signatures, photos, questionnaire responses, or compliance confirmations. The exact information collected depends on how the customer organisation has configured EVA Check-in.

Where location-based or geofence check-in features are enabled, the EVA Check-in app may request location permission from the user. The GPS information remains on device. These features are used to support site check-in processes and are controlled by the customer organisation.

5. EMERGENCY AND SAFETY USE

EVA Check-in may support site safety processes such as knowing who is on site, evacuation lists, roll calls, and contractor or visitor compliance checks. EVA Check-in supports these processes but does not replace an organisation’s emergency procedures, supervision obligations, or legal health and safety responsibilities.
