Outlook and EVA Check-in: A visitor check-in combination worth sharing

Sometimes it’s the icing on the cake that takes afternoon tea to the next level. And the same can be said of our latest integration with Microsoft Outlook. EVA Check-in users can now up the game on professional (and contactless) visitor check-in experiences.

The new EVA Check-in for Outlook add-in works when sending a meeting request to your guests. The add-in automatically detects that you are inviting people outside your organisation and offers the option of pre-registering your guests. Along with their meeting invite, EVA sends them a pre-arrival information email as well as an EVA Pass. This means that when your guest arrives at reception, they use the QR code on the pass to sign in, bypassing manual data entry at the kiosk. All contactless. All super simple to check-in.

If you need more from your check-in experience, this integration handles this too. You could include an NDA that the visitor must sign before arriving, or safety instructions that need to be acknowledged or even the ability to book a car park for the duration of the meeting within the same pass.

And perhaps one of the best things about this integration is that you manage this from within Outlook. No need to dip into any other tools. And available for all your Outlook users.
